Instructions
1. Prepare scenarios: Create a list of leadership scenarios (e.g., resolving a conflict, leading a meeting, motivating the team).
2. Divide into groups: Split the members into small groups of 3-5.
3. Distribute scenarios: Give each group a different scenario and 10 minutes to prepare their role play.
4. Perform role plays: Have each group present their scenario to the whole group (3 minutes each).
5. Discuss: After each performance, hold a short discussion about what went well and how to improve.
